Located in a privileged enclave and well connected for any event or congress. It is a modern building with conference rooms and congress space. The Congress and Cultural Events Centre is distributed in two parts, the auditorium area itself (with its necessary adjacent spaces, such as hall, storerooms …) and a series of multipurpose rooms and administrative areas that are located in the union between the auditorium area and the tower and on a couple of floors of the same tower. It has the support service of the Catering School.
