Sancho Original Restaurant
In 1981, our family started the adventure of opening what our family called “Cafetería-Bar SANCHO” and which today we call Sancho Original. For us, the origin of everything.
For more than 4 decades (45 years now), our gastronomic concept has been constantly evolving, improving every day and loving what we know how to do at all times: cooking, cooking and cooking.
Our restaurant concept has also evolved over the years, always based on our clients, neighbors, friends and family, thus coining the phrase that we have been using for a long time: “Cocina de Barrio” (Neighborhood Cuisine), because that is how we feel it. A concept by and for our neighborhood and from there for the whole world. We like to think that we are part of our neighborhood and that we help create life in it.
Today we are a more mature restaurant; we have doubled our space, with a renewed beauty and with great desire to show what we have inside. We have created a space in line with our cooking philosophy and customer experience: a comfortable, natural, elegant, familiar, and contemporary space, designed to continue growing alongside you. Our history began in 1981, the year our family opened “Cafetería-Bar SANCHO,” the seed of what Sancho Original is today.
