Set within an authentic medieval carmen, featuring Moorish houses, historic gardens and towers protected by UNESCO, it offers a truly unique experience where history and gastronomy come together.
Our in-house cuisine, available both as seated dining and cocktail-style service, revives traditional recipes using local produce and contemporary techniques, with each dish accompanied by stories inspired by Andalusi heritage.
